Wave Splitter HTML Help requires the HTML Help runtimes. You have them if you are running Windows 98/98 Second Edition/Millennium/2000 or if you have Windows 95/NT4
with Internet Explorer 4 or later installed. If this is not the case, you can download the official file from our web site.
Download HTML Help 1.32 (latest version for Windows 95/98/98SE/NT, all languages, August 2000) - 733 KB.
Anyway, for those of you who want to stick with Netscape, we have gathered an offline version of the help pages into a zip file.
And for those who don't like setup programs, here is the .zip file without the installer:
Simply unzip the file to a directory of your choice (you may need Winzip for that) and run the executable file from there.
